One of the most wonderful things about this company is that we do not discriminate at all. Everyone is givien the same opportunity. We are all equals. It doesnt matter if you have had experience in direct selling or at what level of schooling was achieved. EVERYONE can succeed with LR.

LR do not at any time place any pressures on you. You run your own business as an LR Partner and its up to you what you do with that opportunity. I am continuing to LOVE LR with a PASSION. If anything my love for this company grows on a daily basis. I cannot put into words the absolute joy i get from sharing this opportunity with others. I attended one of our company run Kick off meetings the other night. On this particular night it was geared more at the beginners or people that were just being introduced to LR. We watched the Company made DVD.... Would you believe i got tears in my eyes when i saw that DVD?? I had seen it a few times before. But the pride i feel when watching the magnitude of this company is mind blowing!! You really need to watch one of these videos....perhaps even google it or go to you tube. You will see many clips on this amazing company. My dream is to one day visit the main LR headquarters in Germany....I can only imagine the emotion i would feel and the grin on my face :)

My Passion for LR

My Passion for LR is perhaps greater than it ever has been. I am extremely happy to welcome two new members into my team. Heather Ford and Treva Peres. I wish you a world of success as you embark on this exciting new phase in your life.

I get SO excited when the penny drops and people realise the huge potential LR has to offer. The products are absolutely amazing. They never cease to amaze me. The people you encounter are brilliant. So friendly and down to earth. I would have to say I am at my happiest when I am sharing Lr with others. Even though I may tell you how wonderful it is. It isnt until you are actually a part of it that you could begin to see its huge potential.

LR essentially gives you the freedom to be YOU!! You arent restricted like so many other companies and have the ability to grow your business at your own pace.

With the release of the 2011 LR Collection I have had a lot of requests to see it. So i have placed it online and it can be viewed from a pop out box which will open to full screen.

Sometimes you need to branch out into the unknown. Take a Chance to Change..... LR can give you the lifestyle you so deserve. But you need to take that initial step into the unknown to get there.

Although LR is not as widely known in Australia like some other brands. We do actually outrank the more commonly known ones here in Europe and currently stand at No.1 in our field.

This company is innovative, fresh, alive and forever growing. It's so incredibly exciting never knowing what is around the next corner with LR.

Kick Off Meeting Dandenong with Esther!!

Woooo just got home from yet another Kick Off meeting in Dandenong run by the Company LR. Tonight was fantastic and was extra exciting to see my Team Leader Esther in full swing for the first time. Although I have met Esther previously this was the first time that I have seen her do what she does best!! Talk about the company that we all love. I was impressed by Esthers confidence and calmness in speaking in front a room of people. She has also made it to the 1st month qualifying as Organizational Leader and although I already had heard this news prior to the meeting it was absolutely awesome seeing her name up there for all to see.

The Chinese Doctor was there again and gave yet another fascinating speech. Theo was lovely too and he made us all feel really welcome.

I met with someone tonight that is joining my team. The most awesome thing about this is he had already heard of LR a few years ago and already knew the many health benefits of taking Aloe Vera.

We all got to see the new Christmas Catalogue and WOW it has some AMAZING specials in it. I am really looking forward to getting out there and showing it to people.

This company only gets better. We also heard from a lady from Cyprus and she was sharing with us how fortunate we are here in Australia to have so many rewards and bonus's ie cruise, cars etc.

I honestly wish i had found this company years ago. There is NO other like it for sure!!

Team work is what we are all about and this is shown on so many different levels. Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. I LOVE LOVE LOVE LR

Loving this company more and more each day.

Felt like blogging as I am just so in love with this company that I wanted to share my thoughts. I have honestly never known of a company like this. So accomodating and willing to help you all they can. It is very rare in todays day and age to be able to say that there is not one thing to dislike about it. All the staff in the office to the people higher up are all so very down to earth and helpful. The support is ongoing and although I pretty much like to run things my way. I know if i need to i can get any help if needed. Thats the other thing i love in that you can be a total individual and do your own thing without being pressured to do it the way someone else wants you to. That for me being a Leo is a huge plus!

Recently i have done a few fundraisers and markets. I absolutely love the contact with the public and the response to our products. Alot of people were curious of our Aloe Vera Drinking Gel. This is amazing stuff. Lowers Blood Pressure, Cholestrol, heals ulcers and helps with the blood and capilleries. Most people seemed to favour the peach flavour although for me i prefer the honey :) Its a personal choice. My health has improved so much since taking it. I feel like a new me!!

I feel so lucky to love what I do so much. I have so many plans and ideas with my LR business. This is just the tip of the iceberg.

Kick Off Meeting in Dandenong 6th October

After having a headache for a few days I was almost not going to attend last nights Kick off meeting but then I thought about how LR has always been the most amazing tonic for me at the best and worst of times. So i went and I was NOT disappointed. Once again the Asia Pacific Directer Burkehard ran the show a long with Theo and it was Brilliant. Burkehard has so much passion and enthusiasum for LR it cant help but get you jumping out of your seat!! Last night though was particularly interesting as we had a chinese doctor come and talk to us about the health benefits from drinking Aloe Vera Gel. WOW it was a real eye opener. He explained of all the nutrients found in it and how it helps our capilleries and the blood flow. He also said drinking Aloe makes you young and he is living proof of good living considering we all guess he was around 45 - 50 when he was in fact 65!!!! Amazing!!!

We saw a brief snippet of some exciting new releases for next year and there were plenty of rewards and recognitions!!

So many excited people all driven by their love and belief of this incredible company.

We saw a pic of one guy who is making 200k a month yep you read correctly a month!! The sky is the limit with LR.

I loved it before and although i wouldnt have thought it possible i love it more. There is nothing else out there like it im sure!!

Kick Off Meeting with launch of Dermaintense

WOW I am so excited!! Last night I attended another LR Health and Beauty Systems Kick Off Meeting in Dandenong.

It was brilliant. So motivational. Run again by the wonderful Asia Pacific Director Burkehard! He is such an amazing guy. He is fascinating to listen to. His enthusiasum for the company shines through and you just can't help but get excited a long with him.

Last night we saw the launch of a new Aloe Vera product called Dermaintense. This amazing products has Aloe Vera, Evening Primrose Oil, Mahona Extract (barberry) and Vitamin B12. This is specifically for stressed skin conditions like Eczema, Psoriasis etc. The cream itself is pink! And has already been hugely successful in Europe.

We saw lots of people being rewarded and receiving recognition for work done and we also saw the relaunch of all of our Aloe Vera Products with new packaging forumla etc. It is now easy from just a glance at any of the aloe vera range to see the content of aloe vera in it.

I guess one of the things that truly impresses me about LR are the people. Everyone is so friendly and ready to help you. Nothing is too much trouble for this company. They listen openly to your ideas and suggestions and welcome your comments.

This company stands alone. You have the choice to just plod along or really make something of yourself. All the tools are in place. You just need to switch the ON button :)

Well my switch is ON and i am firing!!! Believing more than ever in this company and what it stands for.

I am determined to do my bit in getting the LR Health and Beauty name out there.

Already No. 1 in Europe!! Lets hope Australia will one day be saying the same as these products are second to none!!

Kick Off Meeting Launch of Bruce Willis Fragrance!

WOW WOW WOW!!! Went to another Kick off meeting tonight for the launch of the new Bruce Willis Fragrance. It was a great night! LOVED IT. So inspirational to see people that have achieved cars, overseas travel and to listen to some of those that have visited LR Headquarters in Germany. It was clear from the people that spoke. That they had not so much been in awe of the fantastic overseas trip to Spain or the sites but the main thing that was awesome to them was they got a tour of LR in Germany and got to have photos taken that we see on our marketing material and it made it all so much more real to them. One guy have put a pic of himself in one of our marketing folders next to the one in the brochure itself and asked what do you see different about this photo - he proudly said thats me in it!!! thats me!! I can only imagine how exciting it would be to have travelled over there and seen this wonderful company in action. He mentioned having to wear special protective clothing as they have very high hygene and standards. That only impressed me more and more about a company i am at sometimes lost for words to say how wonderful it.

The managing director for LR Australia ran the meeting tonight. He is amazing. So full of life, energy and passion for this wonderful company.

We got to see a bit of footage from Frankfurt where Bruce Willis attended the launch of his own fragrance. The partnership works beautifully with LR Celebrating its 25th years and Bruce Willis celebrating his.

LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS COMPANY!!! THERE ISNT ANY BETTER!!!!!

Wow where to begin!! Got so much i want to say about LR Health & Beauty Systems that my head is spinning. To say i still love this company would be, I feel, an understatement!! I LOVE LOVE this Company.

A few days ago i needed to discuss something with one of the ladies in the office. All the staff are wonderful and so helpful and polite. Always ready to go that extra mile to accomodate you. Anyway Kathy thanked me for returning her call and then i heard beep beep beep. I sat there for a moment and thought WOW thats odd. No one has ever been abrupt like that. But then I just got over it and put it down to that they must have been really busy. It was then I noticed my mobile was ringing. I answered and it was Kathy apologising prefusely for leaving so abruplty and that something had happened to the phone and she wasnt sure what. I thanked her heaps for calling back and even mentioned I had wondered why she left so quickly. Kathy calling me back meant so much. It might seem something little to some people but think about it. She had already thanked me for returning her call so really she could have just left me thinking she was busy and had to go but NO she went that extra mile to ensure i was ok with the way we hung up!! And THAT meant alot to me. LR Stands alone as far as I can see with customer service. I have never come across a better company in my life!!

So many rewards in place too for people that want them. And if you dont well thats ok too because no one hassles you or nags you to do anything. We I guess at the end of the day realise if we are to build a successful Independant LR Business that we need to believe in ourselves and our own abilities. LR have all the rewards in place and there for the taking. I am SO incredibly excited that I have qualified for the month of June for the Jubliee Watch!! You can view this in my news section.

Loving LR Health & Beauty Systems more and more each day. It truly is the most amazing direct sales company i have come across. Everyone continues to be so friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

The office staff are amazing. So friendly and obliging and the Director.... well gosh you couldnt find a nicer guy. From the Team Leaders, Organization Leaders and beyond they are all just people like you and me that want to see people like us succeed. So friendly and approacable at all times.

The rewards just keep getting better too!! Seeing its our 25th Year they are gving away a special edition watch to those that meet certain targets. Thing is the choice is yours as to whether you want to go for these rewards. No one is making you. But who wouldnt want a watch that celebrates LR's 25th Anniversary?? The other great thing though is its totally acheivable and not placed unrealistically from view!! Real people like you and me can achieve these things because the people behind LR are real people too!!

Not sure if any of what I am saying is making sense but my enthusiasum hasnt waivered since joining. I still know and believe this is the BEST decision i could ever of made.

I have a great team of people around me and I am so very proud of all of them and the efforts they make.

I can see we will all be driving LR cars down the track. I cant wait :)
